“Deliverables” refers to any work product delivered to the client.

2. Scope of Services

We provide the services as outlined in project proposals, emails, or contracts agreed upon by both parties. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payments and Fees

A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or completion of the project.
Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Late payments may result in delayed project timelines or additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Tronsouls retains ownership of any custom code, templates, and assets until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licensed components.
Tronsouls reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all necessary materials (logos, content, images, etc.) in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required inputs may impact delivery timelines.

6. Revisions and Edits

Website projects include [X] rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Tronsouls may use third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or hosting services. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software or outages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
In case of termination, the client is liable to pay for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tronsouls shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State].

12. Modifications

Tronsouls reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
